Because really, true manifestation is all about long-term growth, abundance, and alignment. Certainly, you can manifest what you want quite quickly through the Law of Attraction. But honestly, we really want to be harnessing this powerful belief system for the long-term.

Instead, it’s time to start speaking in your favor and affirming the life that you desire. And honestly, it’s the simplest of affirmations that will lift you up and start retraining your subconscious mind. Affirmations allow us to cheer ourselves on and get on board with the abundance that we’re attracting into our lives. These lovely statements help us directly combat negative self-talk, while we manifest what we desire through the Law of Attraction.
Quite honestly, affirmations are one of the easiest manifestation methods to keep in our back pocket. They also tend to work practically instantaneously when we’re manifesting something from within. Such as confidence, strength, courage, or even motivation. We can say affirmations anytime, anywhere, whether internally or out loud. Really, you can’t go wrong with positive affirmations. You can read them, write them down, think about them, say them in the mirror, post them on social media, or even dive into deeper manifestation methods with them. You can use the affirmations of others, adapt those affirmations to better suit you, or even make up your own.
Seriously, affirmations are the easiest manifestation method to make work for you. And quite honestly, even if you’re not actively looking to manifest anything with the Law of Attraction, they should be a part of your life. Just because they feel so wonderful to say, or even just read.
Fun Ways To Incorporate More Affirmations Into Your Life
While affirmations are quite a simple manifestation technique, they’re quite fun to work into your daily life. They’re also more effective than you may initially believe. And you don’t have to repeat them over and over in your head for them to be effective. Nor do you consciously have to think about them 24/7. It’s also up to you whether you dive deeper into your affirmations practice by writing them or journaling about them, or if you simply say them in the mirror. Or even if you just say them silently in your head. Or if you even just keep them written down where you can read them all throughout the day.
The 3-6-9 Method
The 3-6-9 method is quite a fun exercise for getting specific about what you want. While harnessing the power of the numbers 3, 6, and 9 in numerology. While also encouraging you to repeat your more specific affirmations and focus on them consistently, without it becoming too excessive. I also must say, it’s relatively easy to integrate into your existing daily routine, as it only takes a few minutes. Once you have your specific affirmation, all you really have to do is turn it into a habit. Which is even easier if you integrate it into an existing part of your morning, afternoon, and evening routines.
- In the morning, write down or say your affirmation 3 times.
- In the afternoon, perhaps around lunch time or even after work, write down or say your affirmation 6 times.
- In the evening before bed, write down or say your affirmation 9 times.
Then, just go about the rest of your day without overthinking your affirmations. Taking inspired action when you feel inclined.
Saying Your Affirmations In The Mirror
Honestly, sometimes we all need to look ourselves directly in the eye and tell ourselves exactly what we need to hear. So, why not give yourself a little pep talk in the mirror and say those affirmations to your own reflection? Perhaps you can dedicate a moment to specifically say your affirmations to yourself. Or you could say them as you’re doing your skincare or applying your makeup as a regular part of your routine.
Writing Down Your Favorite Affirmations — Especially On Sticky Notes
When an affirmation resonates with you, you most certainly want to remember it and be able to refer to it whenever you need it. Which is why it’s always a lovely idea to write down your favorite affirmations, and the ones you come up with yourself, in your journal. But honestly, even more so, I highly recommend writing them down on sticky notes to stick around in your space. That way, you’ll see them constantly, and they’ll be able to register in your subconscious. Even when you’re not actively reading them or saying them.

I must say, sometimes, even just reading some positive affirmations is very uplifting. One of the things I love the most about social media is the positive quotes and affirmations that tend to land on my home feed. It’s also wonderful to post blog posts and articles that are loaded with positive affirmations to help inspire my own affirmations. And we also can’t forget about books and wall art with positive affirmations. Having something encouraging to read is quite wonderful. Especially in a world that does seem to function on pessimism.

I personally love affirmation cards for quickly pulling a positive affirmation whenever I need one. As well as for displaying in my space, as many decks also come with a stand so that you can keep the card of the week, or day, on display. I also find that some affirmation cards look lovely when put on a magnetic board if you have some cute magnets to hang them up with. Sometimes, I also like to use my affirmation decks as an oracle by shuffling them and letting the universe show me the message I need the most at the moment.

Scripting and Manifestation Journaling
When it comes to manifesting with the Law of Attraction, it’s important to remember that we manifest what we are. We manifest what we already believe is possible for us, even if we can’t physically see it in our reality yet. That said, scripting allows us to dive into the feeling of what it’s like to already have what we’re manifesting. It allows you to tell your story as if it’s already unfolding in real time. Scripting is actually quite a fun creative exercise, especially if you already enjoy journaling and creative writing.
And really, the key here is to write out your dream life as it is already happening in the present tense, or even in the past tense. Similarly to how you would write out a daily journal entry, or a reflective journal entry when looking back on your past. Rather than saying “I will”, use “I am” or “I did” statements. Think like an author, and add in as much detail as you desire. While also releasing the need for the script to be followed in its entirety. Remember, actors also may divert from the original script a little bit in movies as well, without changing the core of the scene. After all, the point here is to feel what you’re looking to manifest, so that you can energetically align with your desire.
As well as getting your subconscious nervous system on board with your desire. That way, they know that this feeling is safe, as it becomes more and more familiar.
Elements To Implement In Your Manifestation Scripting
As with any other manifestation method, you don’t necessarily have to follow any rigid rules when it comes to manifestation scriping. After all, you’ll manifest with what feels the most authentic to you through the Law of Attraction. But with that in mind, there are certainly some lovely little elements that make your scripting sessions a little more potent. Especially as we’re focusing on what it feels like to already have our desire, and getting into the state of the wish fulfilled.
Practice Gratitude
Gratitude is such an important part of raising our vibration overall. Quite honestly, we should also be practicing gratitude for the wonderful things that we already have. While also practicing gratitude for what the universe has in store for us. So let’s not forget to express our gratitude for our manifestations, before we even see them for ourselves. Because remember, it’s already yours, my lovely. And expressing your gratitude shows the universe that you’re ready to receive.
Focus On The Positive Feeling and Joy Of Your Desire
Certainly, you’re going to be filled with happiness and joy when your desire arrives in your reality. Let yourself feel that feeling, as if it were happening in real time. Seriously, let yourself truly feel the pure joy, excitement, and happiness that your manifestation brings you. Let that joy take center stage in your scripting. Avoid focusing on the past feelings of not having your desires, or any hardship leading up to receiving your desire. Because honestly, you’re not going to be focused on not having it once it arrives in your reality.
What Inspired Actions May Have You Taken Up To This Point?
The Law of Attraction is powerful, but I am a firm believer that you often need to take inspired action to manifest. After all, that car isn’t just going to magically appear in your driveway. You have to go to the dealership and seal the deal on that new ride. Nor are you going to be in a relationship with your specific person if you don’t respond to their messages. And to be a millionaire, you have to set up some kind of an income stream, my lovely. So, what might those actions look like for you? How do you feel as the opportunities to take these inspired actions arrive?
Include these inspired actions in your manifestation scripting. Especially as they help bridge the gap between having them and not having them. While also recognizing what these opportunities may look and feel like on your journey.

Honestly, it can be hard to know where to begin when it comes to manifestation journaling. Which is why guided manifestation journals are so lovely to have when you’re looking to manifest with the Law of Attraction. I also must say, I love that they have prompts that dive into the “why” of why you’re even manifesting something to begin with. Because honestly? That’s one of the most important things to consider before you even begin to manifest. Sometimes, understanding the “why” stops us from manifesting something we don’t actually want at all.
Also, while I personally prefer to focus on the state of the wish fulfilled, I know it’s hard to completely ignore your current reality. And you certainly don’t have to. Especially as many guided journals will help you build confidence along the bridge between your current state and the state of the wish fulfilled.

Contrary to popular belief, meditative stillness does not have to involve trying to clear your head completely. As a matter of fact, meditation can involve quite a bit of intentional and mindful thoughts. And in the case of meditating to manifest through the Law of Attraction, we essentially want to take a moment to intentionally daydream about our desires. Honestly, it’s such a wonderful way to visualize your desires and feel the joy and gratitude of having them, while also unwinding and being still. I also must say, visualization meditation is also lovely for giving yourself a break from everyday life to focus on the joy of your desires.
I’d also like to say that there’s not necessarily a right or wrong way to go about your visualization mediations. You can absolutely sit in Sukhasana or lie in Shavasana, or a traditional meditation posture. But you can absolutely sit back in your chair or lie in a comfortable position in bed, or on the floor, as you meditate as well. You can listen to a guided meditation from a manifestation coach like Shelly Bullard, or you could sit in silence and daydream on your own. Heck, you can even record your own guided meditation to listen to, since no one knows the specifics of your desire quite like you do. Which then gives you the opportunity to verbalize your desires. So why the heck not?
And remember, visualization meditation is not about perfection. So don’t be hard on yourself if you get distracted, or if other thoughts come up. The universe knows you’re a human. So does your subconscious. Acknowledge your humanity and your thoughts, and jump back into your visualization when you’re ready. Let it feel leisurely and inviting, rather than making it feel like a chore, my lovely.
Vision Boarding
Not only is vision boarding a delightful, creative outlet that allows you to create something artful and aesthetically pleasing, but it’s also a powerful manifestation method. Especially when you have your vision board somewhere that you’ll see it often. Vision boarding is about so much more than just collaging pretty pictures and inspirational quotes together. As a matter of fact, the images and quotes you put on your vision board shouldn’t just be pretty, but aligned with your desire. Although they should also match your desired aesthetic for the most part, so that they feel easier to relate to.
That said, you can truly pull inspiration for your vision board from anywhere. With Pinterest being the most obvious source, especially as it allows you to create a digital vision board that you can add to whenever you desire. I also wouldn’t knock free stock photo sites such as Unsplash and Pexels, as they have quite a few stunning photos as well. And for physical vision boards, there are also quite a few books and vision boarding kits that are intended to be clipped from and attached to your vision board. If you don’t want to cut anything from a magazine or don’t own a printer.
You can even make your vision board entirely digital, as long as you’ll be seeing it regularly. And because many of us do spend quite a bit of time on our devices, perhaps even a little too much time, we’re sure to see our digital vision boards often.
Making Your Vision Board Work For You and Your Desires
Remember, my lovely, your vision board is intended for you. You are the one who gets to decide how you set it up, what goes on it, and what it looks like. It is also up to you whether you create a physical or digital vision board. Or even both. There really aren’t any rules here, as long as you’ll be able to look at it often, and it completely resonates with the life you’re manifesting. With that said, I will say that vision boards aren’t meant to just cover one specific manifestation. But rather, be an entire visual representation of the life that you’re desiring to manifest through the Law of Attraction.
So add pictures from those places that you want to travel to, or even live one day. Put some pictures of the lovely bags or shoes that you one day hope to own. Add some pictures of what a loving and healthy relationship looks like for you. And don’t forget, your dream car, home, and career also have a valuable place on this board. Heck, add some visuals that represent your daily routine. Add in some quotes and affirmations that align with your desires. And most importantly, make it yours. It doesn’t have to be Instagram or Pinterest perfect for it to work for you, either. Have some fun with it and feel the joy of your dream life as you piece it together.
Physical Vision Boards
Honestly, you can’t beat a physical vision board that you sat down and pieced together in a calm and creative moment. With pictures and quotes that you printed off or clipped from a vision-boarding kit. As well as a few quotes and affirmations you may have even written down and hand-lettered yourself. Making a physical vision board is quite a lovely screen-free activity for when you need a break from the blue light. And it also allows you to create something that you can physically display in your space, that you don’t need to be on a device to see. Which honestly makes even more sense if your dream life involves less time spent in the digital world.
Whether you choose to make a vision board that you can hang in your space or keep in your journal is entirely up to you. Although I must say, vision boards work the best when they’re highly visible. So the only minor issue with making your vision board as a spread in your journal is that journaling spreads can be a little bit out of sight, out of mind, if you’re not going to be looking at that spread regularly. Which is just something to lightly keep in mind.

Honestly, this one is my top recommendation for someone who’s highly ambitious and may want to change up their vision board regularly to accommodate new goals and manifestations.
Digital Vision Boards
Digital vision boards are certainly not something to be knocked. Especially with how often we look at our devices throughout the day. Honestly, as a content creator who spends a lot on my devices, I’d personally be doing myself a disservice by not having a digital vision board on at least one of them. As well as having one on my Pinterest account that I can pull images from for my digital and physical vision boards. But seriously, I highly recommend looking up the dimensions for your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop and creating a digital vision board in Canva that you’ll see constantly.
I will say, if you do use homescreen widgets on your iPhone or iPad, you will want to take a screenshot of your screen to map out where those widgets will go. Just so you can carve out some negative space to keep your widgets readable. Especially as vision boards are quite busy, in the best way possible.
Working With Crystals to Attract Positive Energy
Not only are crystals absolutely lovely to decorate your space with or wear as jewelry, but their energy is also quite powerful and healing. Crystals are lovely to have in your space when you’re looking to manifest through the Law of Attraction and bring more positive energy into your life. Especially when you utilize crystals that are known to be connected to the energy of what you’re looking to manifest. Whether it be love and connection, wealth and success, wellness, or even just a generally more positive and happy life. I personally have various crystals scattered all across my space, some that are tied directly to my manifestations, and others that are more healing.
Crystals are lovely to hold or keep nearby as you’re doing other manifestation methods as well, to help amplify their vibrational energy. Holding a crystal as you’re meditating, or even placing it on the corresponding Chakras makes for such a lovely experience. As well as having their energy close to you as you script or write your manifestations in your journal. I personally also have a few of my crystals strategically placed in areas where inspired action is most likely to happen. For example, I have pyrite right by my computer. As well as some rainbow fluorite and moonstone to boost my mental clarity and help increase my productivity.
Honestly, crystals are wonderful for so many aspects of manifestation, personal growth, and healing. It’s no wonder so many early civilizations all across the globe have utilized crystals in spiritual healing practices. And it makes sense, as they all naturally come from our beautiful and powerful planet.

I also must say, those 528Hz and 432Hz tones are wonderful for general meditation, relaxation, and even drifting off to sleep.
Subliminals also often have affirmations gently woven into them at low volumes or frequencies. Which, while our conscious mind may not register, our subconscious most certainly does. I also must say, binaural subliminals and frequency tracks are best enjoyed with headphones. But that doesn’t mean that they’re not effective if you listen to them without headphones. And you can also keep the volume low, which is wonderful when you’re also trying to focus on other manifestation techniques. Or on taking an inspired action. There’s also a wonderful abundance of subliminals and frequency music available for free on YouTube, with many even being tailored to more specific desires.
Honestly, music is such a powerful tool in manifestation. Especially as we all know how deeply music can reach our conscious and subconscious. Whether it be through subliminals and frequency music, or even songs that purely bring us joy, and act as a soundtrack for the life we’re manifesting.
Creating A Soundtrack For Your Dream Life
Don’t be afraid to add some of your favorite songs to your playlist when you’re looking to manifest with the Law of Attraction. Especially when you already feel a connection with the lyrics and the songs you’re choosing get you hyped up and feeling good. Honestly, it’s just fun to curate a playlist for the life you’re looking to manifest and the vibe you’re aligning with. Really, curating your playlist is all about having some fun and imagining your dream life as a movie or TV series with a fun soundtrack. It’s entirely up to you and your personal taste what songs you add to this playlist, as long as the music makes you feel good and generally aligns with the life you’re manifesting.
And remember, you don’t have to relate to every single line of a song to add it to your playlist. Nor does every verse have to be entirely aligned to the life you’re looking to create. This is more about the overall vibes and the message of the song. Remember, songwriters typically write from their own experiences or desires, but we can interpret it in the way it resonates with us. Even if that means taking what we need and leaving what we don’t from the lyrics.
The only advice I’d give is to avoid adding songs that you directly associate with negative emotions such as heartbreak, struggle, or lack to your manifestation soundtrack. Because while music is great for feeling those emotions in a healthy way, we want to feel positive emotions when we’re looking to manifest with the Law of Attraction.
Living “As If” You Already Have Your Desired Life
When we’re looking to manifest through the Law of Attraction, the key is to remember that we attract what we already believe we are. And honestly, the best way to align with the energy of having your desires is to live your life as if you already have them. Because honestly, you don’t need the permission from the universe, or from your current reality, to start living your dream life right now. Especially as shifting your mindset and how you act is exactly how you begin attracting what you’re looking to be. Seriously, how would you live your life if you already had your desire? What would your day-to-day life look like? How would you speak and carry yourself?
That said, this isn’t about playing pretend, or literally acting as though you have your desire in every sense. This isn’t about spending money that isn’t in your bank account yet on a designer bag, but rather about calmly spending money on what aligns with you, knowing it will flow back to you. Or perhaps dressing like a millionaire, even if your entire outfit costs less than $100. Nor is this about buying double the amount of groceries for the partner you’re attracting. Or telling people you’re in a relationship with that person before you are. But rather, carrying the energy of someone who is in a loving relationship, and considering the other person in your day-to-day life.
And remember, inspired action is an essential part of the manifestation process. And honestly, living as if we already have what we want naturally leads to taking inspired action. Because really, those inspired actions are part of the person we’re becoming’s day-to-day life. Inspired action isn’t a one-off thing that leads to our dream life. It’s an aligned part of living that lifestyle.

- How does the person that you’re becoming dress? How does she style her hair? Does she gravitate towards certain colors, patterns, or makeup looks? How can you embody her style right now?
- What type of content does the person who has your desires consume? What content creators does she follow on social media? What does she like to read? What podcasts does she listen to? What does her playlist look like?
- How does the person that you’re becoming take care of herself? What do her self-care rituals look like? How does she look after herself and care for her body?
- When you’re out in the world living your dream life, how do you interact with others and the world around you? How do you speak to others? How do you speak of yourself? How do you carry yourself? What actions do you (and don’t you) take?
- What does the person that you’re becoming focus on? What does her mindset look like? What doesn’t she dwell on?
- How does the woman living your dream life show her gratitude for her dream life? Both inward and outward.

Assuming It’s Already Meant To Be Yours — AKA Lucky Girl Syndrome
When we manifest with the Law of Attraction, it’s as though we’re placing an order to the universe for what we desire in our lives. And similarly to ordering food or products online, the Law of Assumption, otherwise known as “Lucky Girl Syndrome”, assumes that we’re already meant to have it and it’s on its way to us. And that good things just happen to us. We may not see what’s going on behind the scenes, just as we seldom see our meal get prepared or our package get prepared to ship, but we know that it’s happening.
And while we may not always get same-day or next-day delivery from the universe, we just trust the process. While also knowing that nothing can come between us and our manifestation. Not even our own anxieties. It may seem a little delulu at the surface. But when it comes “trululu”, it just feels natural and aligned. Because, of course, good things happen to us.
I also must say, even if you’re not actively looking to manifest something specific with the Law of Attraction, it’s wonderful to live with the “Lucky Girl” mindset, and assume that good things happen to you. Simply because the Law of Attraction is always at play in our lives. It doesn’t switch off just because we’re not actively desiring something. And honestly? Choosing to believe that your life is wonderful and that good things happen to you often reflects back to you with more positive experiences and opportunities. Even if it’s in the smallest of ways, such as finding a quarter on the ground on your afternoon walk.
Releasing The Outcome and Trusting The Universe
Full disclosure, I used to be highly against the idea of letting anything go. Even things that I knew didn’t serve me, and had no place in my life, but that’s another story. But I especially struggled with the idea of letting go of the outcome of something that I wanted, as I often equated letting go with giving up. But, my lovely, that is absolutely not the case. Because in reality, we’re just releasing the outcome to the universe, and trusting that what is meant to happen will happen. By letting go of the outcome and not trying to control our manifestations, we’re actually allowing the magic of the Law of Attraction to become even stronger.
You already know that the universe has your back, my lovely. Once you begin to manifest something through the Law of Attraction, there’s no need to obsess over it. The why, when, and how are irrelevant in the state of the wish fulfilled. And honestly, the detachment from any particular manifestation allows you to focus more on the bigger picture of who you’re becoming. While also preventing you from manifesting too small. So don’t think for a second that you’re giving up on your desires by releasing them and letting go of the outcome. You’re just letting the universe do its job while you align with your desires. Or with something even better.
What is meant for you won’t miss you. You don’t have to force or chase it.
Besides, you already know it’s coming, my lovely. All you need to do is take inspired action when it feels aligned, without overthinking it. Because honestly, you can’t miss what’s aligned with you. The universe will make it work in your favor.
The Benefits Of Letting Go and Trusting The Universe
With the understanding that what we’re manifesting and what we’re aligned with can’t miss us, there’s really no reason not to release it to the universe. As a matter of fact, there are more benefits to trusting the Law of Attraction to manifest what we’re desiring than there are in trying to obsess and micromanage the outcome. Certainly, what is meant for us will manifest whether we obsess over it or not. We can read our tarot and oracle cards on the outcome all day long, and it’ll still come when the universe feels we’re ready for it. And while it’s okay to check in with our energy occasionally, we also don’t want to make ourselves unnecessarily anxious over our desires.
Because honestly, that time in the bridge period is much better spent letting yourself live your best life in the moment. Besides, the real magic happens when we release the need to control the when and how. Or even the specifics surrounding our manifestations. Because honestly, far too many of us sell ourselves short when we first look to manifest with the Law of Attraction. And honestly, sometimes we even know we can do better than what we’re trying to manifest, even if we won’t admit it. Or if it’s subconscious. So why not hand over control to the universe and just let the abundance flow? Even if it’s in ways you’re not expecting. Because there’s genuinely no reason to stress over it.
Accelerating Your Aligned Manifestations
Let’s be honest, everything seems to take longer when we’re anxiously waiting for it. It always seems like our delivery driver gets stuck in traffic when we’re actively watching the DoorDash app with a growling stomach. Or our package seemingly sits longer at every facility when we’re refreshing the tracking page every hour. Heck, time passes seemingly more slowly when you’re waiting for the clock to release you from your workday. And this same concept applies to your desires and manifestations, when we’re too focused on the when and how they’ll arrive. While inadvertently pushing them out even further.
Honestly, obsessing over the when and how also shifts your focus onto the lack of having it. And certainly, we don’t want the feeling of lack to slow down or block our manifestations.
Reduced Anxiety and Clearer Intuition
Being too attached to the outcome creates needless anxiety around your manifestation. So much so, it may even be hard to fully enjoy it when it arrives. Because honestly, anxiety is loud, and often wants to override our intuition of what feels right, and can cause things to feel needlessly shaky. Besides, when we detach and quiet our anxiety, it’s easier to tune into what our intuition is leading us to do. We’ll intuitively know what inspired actions look like for our manifestations. We’ll know what opportunities to take to lead us towards our best life, without burning ourselves out trying to do them all.
Because by trusting the timing of our lives, and letting the Law of Attraction do its work, we know we’ll get what we desire, one way or another. And it’ll come in the right way, at the right time. No matter what our anxious mind wants us to believe, when we begin to obsess and dwell on the outcome.
Making Room For The “Or Better” To Manifest
When you manifest with the Law of Attraction, the universe wants to give you the best of the best. And sometimes, the outcome that you’re so attached to is absolutely not the best that you can manifest. I’m guilty of having utilized the Law of Attraction to manifest a specific person who absolutely wasn’t the best that I could have, and that I wasn’t even aligned with. Heck, I’ve even tried to manifest jobs that I knew I wasn’t aligned with, knowing I’m not a corporate girly. Certainly, I was on the right track with my desire for love and success, but I was thinking way too small.
The universe wanted to give me so much more, but I had to release the idea that my specific person had to be that guy. Or that I should be working that job. Especially since neither was aligned with me, and the universe already had something better in mind for me. Heck, I knew deep down that there was someone much better for me. And that I’m meant to be an entrepreneur and own the business, not just manage it for some corporation that doesn’t even acknowledge my creativity or my voice. The same goes for you, my lovely. Don’t you dare be so attached to a specific outcome that you sell yourself short.
Raising Your Vibration and Building Your Confidence
One of the most important ways to truly manifest the life that you desire through the Law of Attraction is to raise your vibration and overall boost your self-concept. As a matter of fact, confidence is one of the first things we should be manifesting. Before the career, the money, the best friend, the partner, the car, the vacation, or anything else. Because it’s that genuine belief and love for ourselves that will help us manifest the rest of our desires. It is the high-vibrational energy of being confident that will attract more of what we desire into our lives. Even if we’re not looking to manifest anything specific with the Law of Attraction.
Heck, even if the spiritual side of the Law of Attraction isn’t for you, or you’re skeptical of the power of manifestation (which is absolutely okay), you can only benefit from raising your vibration and boosting your confidence. Because honestly? You deserve to feel good about yourself, my lovely. Raising your vibration is all about the realization that you are more than enough, but you also deserve to keep growing and developing. It is about knowing that you deserve to live a happy, healthy, and authentic life, and taking the steps to do so. It is about giving yourself those little treats because you know that you deserve them, while also doing what’s best for you and having strong boundaries.
And remember, my lovely, you don’t need your manifestations in your reality to validate your self-worth. You’re already worthy of living the life that you dream of. You just have to treat yourself like it. Both internally and externally.

But there are also little habits to integrate into our daily lives that naturally raise our vibrational state, whether we’re conscious of it or not. Because in reality, raising our vibration isn’t something we directly do. Raising our vibration happens as a result of how we live our lives, speak to ourselves, and treat ourselves. I also must say, raising your vibration is a process that requires consistency, patience, grace, and self-compassion. It’s also something you must do for yourself, without making it purely about manifesting. But I will also say, there are a few ways to give yourself an immediate vibrational boost. When you look good, you feel good. This isn’t about looking good for others to receive external validation, but rather to feel good in our own skin and boost our own confidence. We don’t have to take drastic measures to enhance our natural beauty. And honestly? This is more about spending a little extra time on yourself and practicing self-care more than it is about glamming up. Heck, we want to feel so good about ourselves that applying makeup and putting extra effort into our hair becomes purely optional.

This one is a non-negotiable, my lovely. Stop dimming your own light by feeding yourself nonsensical lies about yourself. You already know that your negative beliefs about yourself are BS. So stop lowering your vibrational state by feeding your subconscious that rubbish. It’s time to start correcting those thoughts, because you know the truth about yourself. And the truth is? You’re an amazing human who’s certainly got room to grow, but is also enough in this moment.
Walk Away From What’s Draining You — Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, or Spiritually
Seriously, we all need to stop letting external sources drain our time and energy. Especially when we know darn well those things aren’t even in alignment with us and our best lives. Our time and energy are precious, finite resources that absolutely need to be protected. And we need to have strong boundaries to protect our highly valuable time and energy, to keep our vibrational state high. Even when that means completely cutting ties with people we might care about, but who constantly drain us or make us feel bad about ourselves. Or when we need to walk away from a job that’s dimming our light and holding us back from our true potential.
Honestly, I can tell you in real time just how much my vibrational state instantly spiked from leaving a draining corporate job almost a month ago to this very date. Even if it was hard, and I was terrified and tearful handing in my two-week notice on December 10, 2025. I even cried a little walking to the time clock for the last time ever on December 23rd, 2025. But now? I have my time and energy back. My literal gut is more regulated than it’s been in years. And I’m feeling more motivated, creative, and inspired than ever. Not to mention, I no longer feel stuck in a life that was never meant for me.
