Certainly, we need to hold ourselves accountable when we make mistakes. But we also need to be able to forgive ourselves, heal, and carry the lessons we’ve learned forward. While it is recommended to be consistent with this self-love challenge for 30 days, it is understandable that life happens.
It’s best that you are able to truly connect with the energy of the prompts in this worksheet and connect with them. So if for any reason, you can not, allow yourself to take a day off and come back when you’re ready. This is about progress over perfection.
How long does each daily prompt take to complete?
Personally, I would dedicate at least 15 to 30 minutes each day to truly focus on these prompts and make it a true moment of self-love.
Allow it to be a part of your personal self-care ritual for the next 30 days. Brew up a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the moment.
With that in mind, you don’t have to finish each daily prompt in one sitting. You can come back to it as time allows.
Do I have to do the “suggested action” mentioned on each day?
While I do strongly recommend them as part of this self-love challenge, as it adds an additional self-loving section, you certainly don’t have to do all of them.
But honestly? Even if you can just consider them for another day, that is lovely too. They were curated to enrich the prompt for the day and give you permission to do something kind for yourself. They were not curated to add pressure.
