Hello! My name is Katherine (or Kat), and I am here to help guide women in creating their best lives and becoming their best selves. All women are already “that girl” in their own right. But we also all have room for growth. Whether that’s through refining our daily routines, stepping outside of our comfort zone to go for our dreams, adding more self-care rituals into our lives, curating our closet for a style that’s authentic to us, or by allowing ourselves to slow down to better romanticize our lives.

At this time, I do not offer one-on-one coaching services, nor do I offer tailored lifestyle plans. I am happy to answer any individual questions that you may have and provide guidance. However, I currently can not take on any clients for coaching.

Please understand that I do have a day job, as well as other responsibilities, just like any other human. However, you should expect to hear back from me between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time), both weekdays and weekends.
