Self-Care

Self-care is a necessity for all of us. We all need to take a little time to care for ourselves and look after our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Sometimes, self-care is as fun and relaxing as taking a bubble bath. Other times, it’s giving ourselves a break and taking a moment to just breathe. Self-care may also look like discipline at times. Perhaps to reduce our screentime or to move our bodies more. Self-care comes in many forms, and all are just as important.
